All Ready to ship products will be shipped within 5 day, Made to Order and Custom products between 1-3 weeks

Customs duties and Taxes

For all non-EU destinations, the prices displayed on our website do not include local taxes or customs duties. Shipments to these destinations may be subject to import taxes and duties, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Any applicable fees will be charged by the local customs authorities and must be paid to the courier upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Payment of any import or export charges is the customer’s responsibility. Please check the customs regulations and fees in your country before placing an order for a more informed shopping experience.


Return Policy

Please Note: Refunds and returns are not available for items ordered as Made to Order or Custom Order.

In EU: Returns on Ready-to-ship pieces are accepted within 14 days from delivery. A return shipping label will be provided by the merchant upon request.

Outside EU : Returns on Ready-to-ship pieces are accepted within 14 days from delivery. The customer is responsible for providing the return shipping label. If there is a genuine issue or defect with the product, proof must be provided, and the merchant will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Pls. note: Free returns are available only for items with a genuine issue or defect, for which proof must be provided. For all other returns, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refused Shipments

Within the EU

If a shipment within the EU is refused, or is not collected for any reason, it will be treated as a return. A refund will be processed minus the return shipping fee and any additional charges incurred to retrieve the package. Please note: Made-to-Order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, including in cases of refused or uncollected shipments.

If the package has been lost in transit due to refusal or non-collection, no refund will be issued.

Outside the EU

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, and import fees, which vary by country and are not covered by Sicels. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.

If these payments are not made, or if the shipment is refused or not collected for any reason, it will be returned to us, or destroyed, depending on the destination country's regulations. 

For returned shipments, a refund will be processed minus the return shipping feeand any customs charges incurred to receive the order back. Please note: Made-to-Order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, including in cases of refused or uncollected shipments.

If the package has been destroyed or lost in transit due to non-payment of duties, non collection or refusal, no refund will be issued.
