Please Note: Refunds and returns are not available for items ordered as Made to Order, Custom Order or Pre-Order.

Payment of any import or export charges is the customer’s responsibility. Please check the customs regulations and fees in your country before placing an order for a more informed shopping experience.

In Europe:

Returns on Ready-to-ship pieces are accepted within 14 days from delivery. A return shipping label will be provided by the merchant upon request. Free returns are available only for items with a genuine issue or defect, for which proof must be provided. For all other returns, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Outside Europe:

Returns on Ready-to-ship pieces are accepted within 14 days from delivery. The customer is responsible for providing the return shipping label. If there is a genuine issue or defect with the product, proof must be provided, and the merchant will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
